Quality Guarantee:
I guarantee the workmanship to be quality and as
described.
Fit Guarantee:
Your garment is guaranteed to fit the
measurements provided to me with some possible minor alterations. I strongly
recommend that you have a professional tailor/seamstress take your measurements.
You agree not to take the measurements by yourself. If you are unable to have
professional measurements taken, it is best to have assistance. I cannot be
responsible for inaccurate measurements. All garments will be created according
to measurements provided by you. If garment does not fit because the
measurements provided were inaccurate, I am not responsible or obligated to make
any adjustments regarding fitting. However, I am ALWAYS willing to help you with
the dress if it does not fit you right.
Communication:
Deconstructress Designs agrees to answer all questions in a timely and
considerate manner. The client agrees to communicate any questions or concerns
in a timely manner throughout the design and construction process.
Payment:
Payment in full must be made before the work begins on
your costume/gown.
Delivery of completed garment:
Deconstructress
Designs agrees to deliver your garment on or before the requested delivery date.
If you do not specify a delivery date, please allow at least 8 weeks for
delivery.
Rush Order:
A rush order can be made for an additional
25% of the total cost plus any extra shipping fees for express shipping. There
are times when I can not accept rush orders, so please contact meto request a
rush order.
Beginning the Process:
Once I receive your payment,
these Terms and Conditions will be in effect. The materials will be ordered for
your gown immediately and all work will begin on your garment.
Garment
Care:
It is recommended that your item is only cleaned by a reputable dry
cleaning facility. Due to the nature of the painting process of these garments,
it is important that you explain the process when leaving the item with a dry
cleaner. However, the painting process is permanent once it is heat set, so
there is little possibility of fading or loss of color/texture during the
cleaning process once it has been heat set.
Returns:
Due to the
nature of all of my special occasion garments, I do not provide refunds or
accept returns. Please be sure to ask all questions before purchasing any of my
garments.

I am not responsible for any accidents or
injuries that may occur while wearing any garment created by me. You are
responsible for your own actions and agree to hold Deconstructress Designs
blameless.
