This gown is a
confection of pastel shades on a billowy gown.
The bodice and underskirt
are painted with various pastel shades with a watercolor effect. The skirt is
covered with layers of tulle and gives a hazy, watery effect.
The same
pastel shades are painted onto beautiful organza wings that hang from a wire
frame. They are edged with pastel shaded braiding.
